My Fitness Journey

My Fitness Journey

First off, I’m a mom of 2 young kids and fitness was never part of my lifestyle. To be honest, it never had to be. I’ve been healthy by “my yearly physical standards” and my weight/BMI was always in check without me having to do much.

As a mother and entrepreneur, sometimes an extra 15 minutes of anything wins over washing my hair. That is why I only reach for products that facilitate my life and I am currently having a love affair with Kevin Murphy’s Doo.Over.

Lessons I Learned and Gave on 'Disappointment'

Lessons I Learned and Gave on 'Disappointment'

Last week my 5 year old daughter, Olivia, lost her first tooth and she was incredibly excited.  Her friend at school actually pulled the loose tooth and the school staff was well versed in this situation.  They already had small plastic boxes for the tooth.  All the way home after school she kept shaking the box and loving the rattle sound it was making.
